Shelly Blair

Office Manager

Shelly joined Meritage in December 2013 as Office Manager after 25 years in the life and health insurance industry. She was President/Owner of an independent life and health insurance agency in Kansas which served small to medium sized businesses and individuals. Her experience in the insurance industry includes administration, client service, sales and human resources. She attained her Series 6 and 63 licenses and holds Life and Health licenses.

Shelly is currently pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Shelly is a Board Member of a non-profit Cancer Charity4Life and volunteers through her church for a number of charitable organizations. She enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with her family. She plays in the Executive Women’s Golf Association in the Spring and Summer months.
